non-jumpy cardio

    I want to start doing workout DVs in my flat. I want something high-intensity for fat burning, but someone lives in the flat directly below mine so I want something that doesn't involve any jumping around at all. any suggestions?

    I don't want to spend £20 a week on aerobics classes when I could do it at home for free.

    ^yeah thats what the first comment was refering to. Go do something outdoors, jog like...

    Or get a rowing machine...

    Get a heavy bag? Probably not an option though as it has its complications especially if you are renting. Go for a jog is possible. Or take up some activity like martial arts / dancing / or some other sports / classes. some gyms will include classes in the membership prices so in some circumstances you have options of classes, swim, gym.

    As for dvds Id imagine boxercise would be non jumpy to an extent and still challenging
