Hi all, I was wondering how long a previous employer has to give me my P45? It has been over a month since I was on their books and I have still not received it, I was wondering what I should do about getting it? Thanks in advance

If you still have wages outstanding they may be waiting until they are paid before sending out your P45.

Why not give them a ring?

No money is outstanding unless they are going to give me a nice surprise

The company is a big UK company with no one in Ireland, they are ignoring my emails and phone calls, I have left numerous voicemails

If you ring the revenue office they will contact the company on your behalf. I've seen this done a few times.

Worst case scenario the revenue office can give you the figures from your P45.
