Just apply you would with any eyeshadow. Use a base colour first something lighter and then just put some of the pigment on to brush or applicator and put it in the socket of your eye this give the effect of big open eyes or put it just at the corner of the eye to make the eyes appear wider depends on your eyes

Imo you need a creamy base for it to stick to or I have found it will fade off quickly. Something like a mac shadestick/paint pot or I just use my badgal eyeliner all over my lid (sounds weird I know but trust me it works) but cover your whole eye up to the crease in the base/liner and then using a brush blend it out at the crease so the line is not so harsh and then apply the pigment with an eyeshadow brush patting it on over the eyeliner base rather then sweeping it on as this gives the pigment something to hold on to and I find that using the black also helps the colour to 'pop'! Hope this helps! :D

You can put it around the inner corners of your eyes if you're doing a smokey eye which acts as a lovely brightener.

It's much easier to pat it on using your finger than a brush. Also, it's tricky to work with and will have the tendency to end up all over your face, so it's best to do all face make-up after your eyes are done, so that you can wipe off the excess without ruining your foundation. (Holy run-on, Batman!)

Yeah, a creamy eye shadow underneath or if you can get an eye primer (MAC does one) it'll help it stay on. The trick is to only use a small bit at a time, tap any excess off the brush and pat on.

And I second doing your eye make-up first and then applying foundation later to avoid a glitterly black face!!!

you can use it with a wet brush and it stays on great.
