    What's yours ?

I miss real jolt before it got taken of the market, pro plus is hard to find these days as well.

When I know I will be looking at a few day with really no sleep I will order caffeinated gum but most days, it's me any my moka pot for espresso and ocassionally I will make a large pot of drip coffee.

So caffeine delivery system of choice ?

real jolt? what was that like?

i get jolt in a black can it's my number one caffeine supplement.

if i can't get that then it's red bull cola.

    if i can't get that, it's just a plain old coffee :(

Ooooh I used to love Jolt.

It's diet coke for me now unless I am doing an exam, then its red bull.

Double espresso all of the time except breakfast which is a latte with three shots lately.

You can still buy Jolt. I bought 4x Jolt recently in a shop on Exchequer St. :)

    Me, I prefer coffee.

When jolt was first on the market here it had more caffine, american jolt has the same ammount but then it was witdrawn and crappy jolt was introduced.

    Can't stand red bull.

It's strange that we don't have the likes of jolt gum and caffinated mints on sale here.

Espressos are the main one, then there's the general low-level caffeination from Coke Zero throughout the day. Pro Plus is for emergencies.

Haven't been drinking coffee much over the last while, have grown too fond of tea. I do love a good cappucino though.

Caffeinated mints and gum make me feel sick.

If you want an uber buzz, the best way to get caffeine into you isn't Red Bull, it's this stuff:
    ER-046.jpg

Of course Caffeine isn't the main active ingredient, there's only about as much as a cup of coffee in a bottle, it's the Geranamine in it which gives you the energy. Generally used as a bodybuilding supplement, but it's now finding its way into Head Shops.

There's a red bull cola out now. I should really look at the back next time to see the caffeine content but there's no make-your-heart-go-nuts taurine in it anymore which is welcomed.

Jeepers sometimes I just want caffeine so badly I'll drink anything. I've cut it down a lot, I used to drink about 4-5 cups of coffee a day, over the summer I had it cut down to 3 max! Now that I'm back in college it'll probably increase again :o

Never say no to a yummy latte! :D

I was in Norway a few years ago and they had this stuff called PepsiPlus or something. basically was like normal Pepsi only with tonnes of caffine in it. Never saw it anywhere else, must not have passed EU regulations or something :pac:

Caffeine junkie here too I'm afraid. Once had a stong expresso one morning on holidays and it gave me the shakes, quite literally my hands were shaking it was that strong. Thinking about it now I want to experience that again. Now I have found an old friend I hadn't been taking in a few years laden with caffeine, Dr Pepper. I love it.

Good old red bull for me! I actually really like the taste of it! If I'm out and not drinking, I have a few red bulls and I'm as mad as everyone else! Good times!

I had a few energy drinks earlier today, not pleasant at all. heart goes bumpty boom boom, also has a slight nausea , won't be doing that again in a hurry, bit like when I had 8 double espresso's one after the other, that was not pleasant either

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,556 ✭✭✭MizzLolly

Personal abuse will not be tolerated, even if you're joking.

I told him to be friendly, I'm telling you the same. If people don't play nice they shan't be allowed to play at all.

Love redbull and most of its clones (bar Shark, putrid stuff), but I used to drink so much of it that I got heart palpitations so I only treat myself to a can every now and again now :o

When working nights, I was drinking about 3 litres of tea a day. Down to about 1.5 now.

My 9100 post and it's about my beloved Lyons. Bliss.

Unfortunately coffee doesn't do much for me. Back in college times ended up with 13 espressos a day and would sleep like a baby if needed. I do love coffee and don't go a day without some.

But if you give me tea, now.. you can see me all "excited" for the rest of the day/night

Can't have caffine, chocolate or glucose.

    I survive on water alone!
