i have wireless broadband from three ireland. its not the fastest broadband but recently it has become very slow. now when i try go into sites (esp topics on forums) it takes ages then

    'network error (tcp_error)
    a communication error has occurred
the web server may be down, too busy or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. you may wish to try again at a later time.'

anyone know why is this or what can i do?
i also thought i had a virus a few months ago and i followed all the steps in the 'i have a virus' sticky. so malware removal tool and agv antivirus are now installed on my computer. thanks a mill for any advice.:)
