Rome & Florence

    Looking to stay in rome for 3 nights and florence for 4 nights is there anybody that organises these multi trips?

    I'd say you'd have to go to a travel agent for a multi-city trip like that but it should be pretty easy to manage it by yourself too.

    we did something similar to this. Its easy enough to organise, just book flights & hotels & get the train from one city to the other. Enjoy florence- i loved it.

    I recommend not going to Florence, isn't much there to be honest.. My sisters wedding was just outside of Florence in July.

    OP, we visited Rome, Florence, Rimini and Venice before all in the one trip, which we booked ourselves. The train between Florence and Rome takes about two hours from what I recall and journey is very scenic.

    I second that. Florence is great,you definetely wont be bored. You can do a lot of tuscany too from florence. We went wine tasting one day & went to pisa & lucca another day.

    Florence is a beautiful city and shouldn't be missed. If I only had 7 days though I'd spend 4 in Rome and 3 in Florence.
