Ive got a good bit of cash and I was wondering if I should bother upgrading it? It has amazing rof for what is meant to be used as a sniper rifle. My gun has been at eirsoft having its hop up realigned so I don't know about range or accuracy. Is there anything I could upgrade to keep longevity? I don't know about internals so help would be hugely apreciated!

Or should I just get a scope and some mags?

Get some mids, and a cool scope, then mod the gun by whatever means to remove that full auto ability!

Then maybe a bipod, od camo paintjob on some parts, oh it will look smashing :D

If it has plastic bushings, have them replaced with metal ones, and shimmed, if its at eirsoft at the mo then the lads can do that there.

Nah Ill keep full auto:p Just read a review, it has metal bushings and the reviewer says the internals are pretty good but shimming wise its pretty poor but what are shims:confused: He said it make it sound growly and slows down the ROF but at least to me it spunds ok and has good rof.

if you sort out the shimming and some decent bushings you'll get a much better ROF, also run it on a 9.6.,
the benefit to that is as a sniper the gun will cycle a lot faster and when you take a shot it wont be as easy to identify where the noise came from if you miss the target.,

    +1

    shims
    bushings
    mosfet
    9.6v

but you seem to be happy with the performance already so i would go with the minimum recommendations, why upgrade for upgrades sack and all that

apparently it has good bushings and gears etc. It said the rof is bad because of the shims but my rof is great so maybe mine is fine? also it already cycles very fast, I can fire as fast as my finger will pull the trigger. Have no clew what a mosfet is:confused: maybe I shouldn't fix what aint broke.

Sorry I meant to ask how I could attach a sling to the sr-25? there is no front sling mount and cant attach one from my m4 s-system. Is there a type of sling that doesn't need sling mounts?
