Noticed that National Geographic is now available. How come UPC don't notify when they give you extra channels so that you have to accidentally discover they are available? There has been quite a few changes (mostly additions in fairness) but its only by clicking around that you find out. Surely UPC should be able to notify in someway.

It only added as a promotion. Some new show on NG with Hammond from Top Gear. I have seen ads and heard ads on the radio about it.

I think they might be talking about the value pack which doesn't have that channel but does now for this month.

They're only giving National Geographic for the month of September to celebrate the launch of some programme - I was so excited, and now am not :(

So where do you find this out? How do you know its only available for the month of September?

It's on their web site here http://www.upc.ie/television/competitions/ it says it in the 1st paragraph about only being on the Max pack normally but it's on all packs for this month.

If the channel changes are so frequent maybe we need a sticky for channel updates.
