Have you thought of renting it out as a film location?

If it's a big enough space, the production company can put up any set they like. If your rates are good enough then you stand a good chance of getting some biz.

I would assume if it's rented throughout the year it's not that big. Probably just a small unit somewhere...

OP, don't know if this would suit, but think about renting it out to a band or two as a rehearsal space, you would have no problems finding bands that were interested (depending on location i guess)

Just a reply to my queries regarding my warehouse position,i was situated 6 miles from the city, warehouse rent was fine, and also had an outdoor showarea, but, absolutely no passing trade,so,it cost a small fortune to advertise on the papers to get customers to come up to the premises,so,ive decided to move to another warehouse on the city outskirts, with massive passing trade,so hopefully this will improve things, and at least people will see the outside signs when they are passing.
    Thanks for the threads

If you have saws etc and its large why dont you look at cutting sticks and bagging them whether they be logs or kindling

Would you be opposed to setting up a warehouse party? There are those on the board that would only be too glad to help. I myself was the sole organiser of a profitable rock concert in my youth. If planned well the venture could be incredibly good fun and quite profitable. Pm me if you want to talk about it.
