Getting sick of looking out at rain and I need something to look forward to! Thinking of booking a week in the sun at Christmas time. Any recommendations???? I would have a preference to fly from Shannon but I wouldn't mind Cork. I'd really prefer not to go to Dublin though (living in the West!) Thanks
