Was going to give runways a go, but they dont seem to stock asics.
Will have to make a trip out to Bray so.

    that's odd.

Why are you so attached to asics though?

edit: I actually use asics myself but if another pair were as comfy and right for me I wouldn't have a problem buying them instead

Good to hear that. I had never bothered with any of the other places, so I don't know what there service is like. AK where the first in Ireland to offer a full analysis, so I tried and like the service so much that I just keep going back.

I just gave them a try a few weeks back. It was damn good service. Tried on a few pairs of shoes, did a few runs, then he let me off for a run out on the road to give them a final check. Same price as the runners in shops too!

I agree there isn't a lot of place that will let you go outside to test out their trainers.

runways do stock Asics, i jsut bought a pair of Kayano's there last weekend. They do Brooks, Saucony, some Nike, Mizuno too, i tried on most of them after my gait test on their treadmill. The guy in there knows his shoes, very friendly and helpful, I was with him over 20 mins. I'd definately recommend them there.

yeah I think asics are new to runways though, as I passed the shop every day til june and noticed when I got back to college (within the last few weeks) that they have an asics poster up in the window.
