Wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that provides non contact martial arts courses. It would be for a group of lively teenagers.

Is there such a thing as "non-contact" martial arts?

I did ju-jitsu in Transition Year with Mike Carrol in Perry Square, he mixes a lot grappling techniques with some striking and self-defense. I heard he refined his methods since I was last there though, but I guess he might still do group sessions. Think there's contact details on this link
