It's also kind of semi-announced for O2 Ireland too, though as usual, there's no exact date or pricing confirmed yet:

Yep, they are up on the site.... who thinks that this will cut down on the european imports? I do.... sure whats the point when we can get them here. Infact, people might start importing them out of ireland. Might be a nice little ebay business to set up

I was sent an email from O2 UK last week announcing the release date (I registered interest previously). I'm quite a fan of things Apple and certainly all things Macintosh, but I consider those prices for what is basically a mobile phone with extra bells and whistles a bit over the top.
