Problem with order from NutritionX

    hi

    a mate of mine recently bought 2 tubs of pro x from nutririonx.ie.he wanted 2 different flavours but he chose vanilla in the end cos it only allowed him to chose one flavour.

    anyhow,when they arrived they were 'alpine vanilla' and are not nice at all apparently. he'd had vanilla and another flavour before and really liked them but said this was not nice at all.

    is there anything he can do? cos he paid 80 something euro for 2 big tubs and was given a flavour he didnt order+doesnt like.

    Maybe try emailing nutrition x? - they seem like nice people and I'm sure they'll help you out.

    Email them. They'll sort you out. Then report back with their good customer service.

    Why would you come on here and ask instead of ringing them? This is happening a lot lately... I smell something, and it's not my shorts.

    Either this has become the unnofficial Nutrition X customer service website or something is up.
