Does anyone know where to get one of these for a good cheap price?
I went into a physio supply store and they cost 35euro which is crazy money.

www.macsports.ie do very reasonable foam rollers - i recently (stupidly) paid €45 for one, then found they supply 6" 4ft for €22! they do 4" ones, and the half rollers too. I got their catalogue which showed a few brands that they supply, their website only shows Reebok ones, but the catalogue ones seem better!

There's a shop in Ringsend that sells them over the counter. I can't remember its name. Maybe someone knows it?

    First time checking this thread.
I was serious about the wavin pipe. I use it all the time for Self Myofascial Release and it beat foam rollers hands down in every possible way. Seriously! ;)

Bumping old thread I found in a search -

Can someone advise me which of these would be the best value purchase - best quality for cheapest price.
I get very tight calf muscles from running & am hoping one of these will help

    1. half roller

    2. foam roller

    3. long foam roller

    4. blue foam roller

    5. round roller

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks d'Oracle & Transform
Just watched the vid there (my 3 yr old thought your were on the other side of the webcam & she was waving away at you :D ). My problem area is the calf muscle of the inside of my leg, I imagine it would awkward to get at with the roller one.....maybe I'm wrong? Would this one be better?
