The Arts Block

Right, this may seem a stupid question coming from someone who's been in trinity a year, but... how do you get to the other floors of the Arts Block? A friend of mine in CS and I were wondering about it much of last year, 'cos we couldn't see any elevators or stairs! So, saw a post just now about the 4th floor of the Arts block, so I thought I'd get the mystery solved!

There are 3 stairwells and a lift.

The first stairwell when you come in from the ramp is called stairwell C and it's behind little double doors in the giant pillar in front of you. The lift is behind stairwell C to the rught hand side and stairwells B and A are further down the building to the left.

What did you think we were going to tell you apart from that there are indeed stairs? That we actually have hoover packs which make us invisible to the non-arts students and we used this to fly up to higher floors of the arts block and climb in the windows?:pac:

Well, I had hoped so, seeing as Hamilton students have crystals that we use to grow tunnels in the ground so we can get into all the labs in the basements. Also, the crystals are invisible to anyone cool enough to be an arts student. Yes, I'm a geek

Grappling hooks. Or sometimes I'd ride into college on the back of a giraffe and climb straight into a window, but this isn't an easy option due to the lack of giraffe parking spaces on campus.

Just teach it to go back down the quays to the Zoo, and to return when you whistle

You mustn't have looked on Tuesdays. That's when they're there. They take holidays the rest of the week.

Lol. The hoover packs do go a long way to explaining why arts is so broke though. Nothing to do with not being able to get research grants...:p

Not to be made any easier with the introduction of clamping.
