All,

I have a question:

I am researching an investement company (real estate basically) and the Founder/Director has 31 other directorships in various builing related businesses, many of them with no history-actually empty shells.

Would anyone know why someone would do that?
It kind of gives me the scary idea that any money invested into the main trading company will than be shuffled around via the other entities...?
