Probably not a good idea to have it only in Polish(?), I'm sure there'd be some equal-opportunities regulation about that.

That's what i thought, when i started reading i assumed there would also be an English translation below. I've looked at a couple posted by the same person and it's all in polish.

Maybe they are jobs that require fluent Polish so they're advertised in a way to attract Polish speakers?

I know they say it's a general operative role, but maybe they're looking for a supervisor type person.

Not really, if that was the case it would apply here too:

The job is a warehouse operative and the only requirements are a luminous jacket and steel toed shoes! Oh, and good English. So WTF is this advert entirely in Polish??

I wouldn't call a warehouse operative a minimum wage job. Sure you might need a forklift licence.

Who called it a minimum wage job? Even if it was, what has that got to do with the fact the job listing is in Polish when fluency in Polish is not even a requirement of the job, and is therefore discriminatory against non-Polish speakers? If you look at the translation, there is no mention of forklift driving.

Don't know, you could same the other way around no ? On building sites the Polish guys have a Key sellotaped to their Helmets to indicate they can't speak english.
