I prefer the second one, however I'd tone back the yellows imo they are way too bright

Yea there is a smudge. It's a very poor cloning attempt of a tree and a few electricity poles!

I like both shots, but the PP in the second one is way to high and there are some really noticeable halos on the branches/leafs of the tree. Maybe crop a little of the field off in the second one as well so that the tree does not appear to central.

I really like the colour you managed to capture in the sky and the composition is very good in both.

It wouldn't be as famous as that one. It's this one from a different angle so it looks like one tree!! Semi famous I suppose!!
