theres a guy in stoney batter i think, on manor st. dunno the name. friend of mine got some heels repaired there

There's a big ifference in someone who repairs shoes and a full on cobbler. There are none in Dublin afaik, I have looked long and hard. There is a chap out in Nass but I've heard mixed reports.

However, I do know that Brown Thomas had a proper cobbler over from England one weekend last year. He takes all necessary measurements and makes them in England and they are sent to you. Might be worth asking in Menswear there.
