Sorry but I needed somewhere to vent. Got a text off a friend of mine last night after he finially sat down to watch The Wire, he said that after listening to me go on about it for the past 6 years that it may be worth a watch. Cut to an hour later and I recieve this text, "Have you seen Season 5 yet?" I rely "Not yet, rewatching seasons 1-4 atm, waiting for the DVD of season 5 to be delivered.

Five minutes pass and I get this from him,
"Who would have thought that McNulty gets killed off"

I felt like going up to Dublin and strangling him in his sleep, he's known for years that I love the Wire more than any other show and in one move he nearly ruined our friendship.

Do you want to know if he's telling the truth or winding you up? Either way, get Snoop to take him out.

No I'm going to wait and find out myself. I really hope he's lieing but tbh if it's true then I could see it making for a very emotional last episode.

I think what he did deserves a far worse punishment than sending Snoop after him.

Thinking about deaths in The Wire, scene below is proberly one of my favourite scenes of all time and a truly fitting tribute to the actor and producer
Robert F. Colesberry whom died in 2004.

Now you're just taunting me, I'm not reading anymore spoilers here until I've seen it all.

Once bitten, twice shy and all that.

Not really the same but I'm incredibly pissed off right now. Was in the States last week and bought season 5 while over there. Still had season 3 to finish so I didn't open it or watch any over there. Just finished season 4 last night so I started 5 today. Everything's fine, watch the first 3 episodes happy days, stick in the second disc go to episodes, eh what episodes 1-3. They put two copies of disc 1 in the box and no disc two. Needless to say I am beyond pissed right now.

I'm probably just going to buy season 5 when it comes out here now. Which is such a waste of money.

    F**k Walmart.

Yeah I recall it happening with something I can't remember what though. Difference there is you can return it to HMV without much hassle, I'm stuck with this mess.
