I Run blackrock-nile lodge-devon park-blackrock 4 times a week. Thats as far as my running goes. Im hoping to run and complete a ten miile race four weeks from now. Any ideas of a 4 week programme for me to follow for this run.Is it do-able??Is my fitness level sufficient to complete the race?

How many miles do you cover on these runs? If you're not sure you can measure it on mapmyrun.com. What pace do you run at ?
That will give people a better idea of where you're at.

I know there's a 15km / 10 mile training plan at halhigdon.com/15Ktraining/GateIntro.htm but it's 10 weeks long. Unless you're covering decent distances in your current runs, don't assume you can dive straight into week 6. You'll find more customisable and shorter plans using the Smart Coach tool on runnesworld.com

You'll probably get more responses to this post in the Athletics forum. Good luck!
