I'm thinking about doing one of the lifelong learning evening courses at GMIT, in particular Im looking at Introduction to Psychology or Introduction to Social Studies. Has anyone attended any of these courses before, and if so have you found them worthwhile?

After weighing up my options, some of which I've troubled the boards community with, I've gone the Open University route - first module I'm taking is in psychology. After which i can broaden it out to a psychology/philosophy hons degree (or other course) or keep it purely psychology.

The module I'm taking has a closing date of the 6th of September.

The fees are very reasonable, for which you get text books, CDs, DVDs and online support. Tutorials to be held fairly local.
