Irish pub in GAA Ulster Bank ad-where is it?

Hello all
Ya know that ad that starts off with "How did we get here, Thurles, 1884, an idea was born... and it grew..."
They show a few irish pubs in different locations around the world, one in the states somewhere, and another where they show a Mayo girl running for the Irish pub across an empty square. Where is this pub? It looks very meditterranean...
Hope someone can help

that's the first thing I thought too when I saw the ad, reminds me a lot of the Irish pub in Dubrovnik, anyone know is this it?

Can't be sure really as there were a load of Irish pubs in Dubrovnik's old town if i recall correctly... don't remember seeing any on a main square like this though. Most of them were down the small lane ways etc, and usually just had irish names too...

There is a guy standing behind the car in a red and white t shirt in the shot on the beach and I am fascinated by him! How dreamy! I have been asking around to see if anyone knows the na,e of this actor and if he is in anything else. Would love some feedback thanks.:):):):)
