Perfume??

Hi-all....

I'm looking for a new perfume (or 2). I've been using Davidoff Light Blue and Armani City Glam. I've run out of the Armani and the Light Blue is starting to smell like marmalade so I've gone off it.

Any suggestions to some nice perfumes... preferably one for day and one for nights out. Cheers

You're going to get inundated with recommendations from everyone, so I'd say you should go in to BT or Arnotts or Boots and try out a few of the most popular suggestions before you choose to buy anything.

I got Romance by Ralph Lauren recently and I really love it. It takes a couple of seconds to settle on your skin but it's lovely.

Hot Couture by Givenchy, or Ultraviolet by Paco Rabanne are my 2 favourites for night time. But they are very sweet scented!

Pure Poison by Christian Dior is lovely for night time. As is Issy Miyake. DKNY Woman is also really strong. The original Jean Paul Gaultier is a good night time one too.

For the daytime something like Gucci Rush is nice. I really like the first Britney Spears one too, Curious. It's very vanilla but lovely for daytime. And Miracle by Lancome is a lovely daytime one too.

Flower by Kenzo is good,particularly for a day perfume as it's quite light.

Amour Amour is lovely too.

I'm the worst person to give perfume advice, as I have 35 bottles of it and counting, can't make up my own mind!!

Next time I'm out shopping i'm guna save some time to go sniffing some perfumes. Suppose that is the best way to find something I like.

My daytime perfume is Jo Malone Lime, Basil, Mandarin or Clarins Eau Dynamistique. Both are really clean and fresh smelling.

I like sexy scents (because I'm a whore!

), so I go for Victoria's Secret Very Sexy. I also like pretty much anything by Chanel and Light Blue by D&G. God I love perfume, there are a million others I love I just can't think of them off the bat.

I was recently given Hugo Deep Red and quite like it for going out.
My boyfriend is mad about it too

For daytime I love Sunflower by Elizabeth Arden, it's very sunny and light.

For going out/nighttime: Dior Hypnotic Poison and Dior Addict. Nyom.

Day: Whatever I got last christmas :pac: At the moment it's Hugo Boss Femme.

Love cacherel promesse and Kate Moss for daytime. Both ones people either love or hate.

Vera Wang Princess for night time, nice and sweet but not too much and only need one spray for the whole night.

Lancôme - Miracle

Viktor & Rolf – Flowerbomb

Hugo Boss – Deep Red

Hugo Boss – Intense

Armani – Red (Sadly they have stopped making this)

Armani – Code (Kinda of smells quite similar)

Burberry - Weekend (I can get sick of that one very quickly)

These are my favs at the moment.

You def would be better off going into Boots or Brown Thomas and seeing if you like them. Perfume smells different on everybody!

Marc Jacobs - Daisy, really nice day time smell and the bottle has a fab top shaped like .... you guessed it... a daisy!

I got a bottle of this for Christmas and it's now one of my favourite perfumes ever.
