    Were these agreed upon and carried out before first-fix wiring?

    I take it all the prices listed do not yet include VAT?

    Did you agree a price beforehand?

    There's a few that annoy me, such as;
    GU10 Bathroom Recessed light: 70.93 x 1

    ...as I am presuming it was replacing a sphere lighting point?

    Also, can you elaborate on the brand of PIR light fitted.

    All in all, in my opinion expensive, but not shocking.

    Sorry, should of have been clear. Yes all carried out while first fixing. I foolishily expected them to be reasonable and did not get a quote -however they are things which are needed. The bathroom is an extra fitting in the shower. Not sure which brand of pir as not yet installed. I rang CEF looking for cash sale prices and there is at least €50 on each item. It must be good business to get €50 to fit a pebdant!
