Those of who hate to read this stuff, dont click on the link!

    http://www.cracked.com/article_16583_5-scientific-experiments-most-likely-end-world.html

Whats the bleedin story with the LHC? All that money and it doesnt make number 1 on the list???

Taking all that into account, if you were given an army of nano-soldiers to do your bidding what would you do?

Id get them to "persuade" Emily Blunt to go with them, form a raft and let meself and herself drift out to sea, until i get bored of Emily of course!!

Science will kill us? Science is the reason why the average life span is increasing consistently, and has been since its intervention.

Yes, but it also weakens the power of natural selection e.g. stupid people are kept alive when their own idiocy should ahev "taken care" of them quite a while ago.
Soon, we will be overrun by idiots you will continue to endanger us with their stupidity until science can no longer cope and we all die.

So you see, science will kill us. Although really it's idiocy that will be responsible.

That makes very little sense. It is true that there is no longer as much selective pressure as there was in less technologically sophisticated days, but that will not result in the prevalence of idiocy. In conditions lacking selective pressure no particular trait is more favorable than another. This is a prerequisite for the scenario you describe, in which one particular group thrives and dominates.

Can you give a date when science was invented? I seem to remember it was a Tuesday.

One could argue that increased lifespans combined with overpopulation is the very thing that could push our species into decline.

Well in fairness it did occupy three out of the five spaces. That's pretty impressive.

Why do you blame science for this decreased power?
