    Hi,

Myself and a friend are looking to book a last minute really cheap sun holiday for the end of September.

Thing is, the cheapest holidays are the 'allocation on arrival' ones. We're trying to decide whether to take the risk and just book it and go where we go but I just want to know has anyone here ever booked one of these holidays and if so was the experience good/bad? Just dont want to end up in a s**thole...

    Thanks

my partner and i did that before on a last minute type job and the accommodation was perfect! self-catering appartment and it was near the beach. i think it was in Fuerteventura.

    Hey!
Myself and my friend went for accommodation on arrival 2 years ago when we went to Tunisia. We ended up in a horrible place in a really dodgy area! Judging on the above post though it really does seem like the luck of the draw!
