Just look at my responses in this thread and you'll be fine, don't go with Nourkin

I found nourikin tablets great. Took it and an iron supplement and it sorted my hair loss out

Nourkrin doesn't work- they're only overpriced vitamin supplements.

Minoxidil, the main ingredient of Rogaine is proven to regrow some hair in about 38% (yes very precise!) of cases..but at least it is proven to that extent...not necessarily good quality hair..but hair of some form....which will help....

I'd also recommend seeking a prescription for Finasteride (I intend to soon) which is proven to stimulate regrowth in about 40% of cases.

These two together are the main treatment's.

Saw little result from Nourkrin...a slight improvement in quality of remaining hair but no sign of regrowth....and for E60 I expected more.

    That comment coming from experience?

From what I have heard that it is very good so much so I will start taking it soon. I will let you know how I get on (the results are not instant so you may have to check back in a few months)

Each to their own - it worked for me

Yes, tried them for 3 months and didn't make any difference, so I stopped taking them and switched to a different diet supplement. You'll soon realise that the hair loss industry is full of snake oils, nourkrin is just one of them. It won't regrow/even maintain hair, it's only an overpriced protein supplement.

what about crescina re-growth, seems to have worked for the fat ronaldo, he has lots of hair now and says it is down to crescina, all the major chemists are supplying it aswell so it must work.

I never seen Ronaldo with receding hair in the first place  Finasteride (Propecia, Fincar etc) and Minoxidil are the only FDA approved methods of restoring hair
