Paying fees online

    Hi all,
I'm a first year starting in NUIG(UCG for the purists) and have run into a brick wall when it comes to paying my fees online. I'm eligible for free fees and authorised for the HEG. When it comes to answering the questions that come up I can answer yes to all except for the EU Birth Cert because I was born in the USA. Because of this when I push enter all that comes up is a box that says "contact fee office" for a title.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried?
    Help greatly appreciated

I'm a returning student so no questions like that -- can't verify that I'm getting any such error.

Do contact the fees office. There have been issues with the self-service registration (see sin.ie/boards).

Contact the fees office. But there's no need to be worried. They'll be able to straighten everything out. But you probably won't be able to pay your fees online.

Could you be a little more specific with the link please?
I'm having a few problems with my registration (I'm registered for 75 credits worth of CORE modules with one module down twice and I can't access the registration summary because of that).

Was referring to this thread. Hope you can get it sorted.

Mark, I'm having the same problem. According to the calendar MD123 is supposed to be worth 3 credits and MD117 isn't included at all, and also MD121 is included twice (lol) so I suppose that would explain it - because otherwise it does add up to 60 credits.

    Honestly, that's quite a relief.

I think MD117 should be part of MD120 or MD126. I'm sure that all that Health Informatics, Law, Ethics etc. is part of professionalism.

I just checked the mycampus thing and it does say that I'm registered. Although, the modules are still the same .

Probably best if we just leave it though. I'm sure there'll be plenty more hiccups along the way and they'll prefer to deal with them all in one go.:D

Thanks for the link. Afraid what I'd say seems to be our entire class is dealing with a different issue than that. It's always better to be in a group for stuff like that.
