    apologies for possibly stupid thread.

I do not know about clothes at all.
but i'm recently having serious difficulty finding jeans that fit, (i'm a guy) 30 inch waist and i need a 34 leg, i can sometimes find the cheapest ones in arnotts and penneys, but they fall to pieces after only a couple months, and they fit at the waist but are really really baggy all the way down my legs cos i'm quite skinny. i'm not looking for skintight jeans (at all), just a pair that fit relatively close, and aren't prefaded/worn, i don't like the idea of paying extra to have my clothes worn out for me.
They also need to be blue, and not have any nonsense logos printed on them, just a solid pair of jeans that aren't a ripoff, i ain't paying 80 quid for a pair of jeans.

    any ideas where to look?
    thanks,
    -donk.

Im 32inch waist and 34 inch leg. Only jeans that fit me without being baggy or to skinny are Topman Straight Fit, only 39quid to

I'd say try Topman, jeans there are usually handy enough to fit. I sorta understand your situation cos I'm in the strange position of being 31-34 which means I can squeeze a 30 or wear 32 with a belt.

In my experience, River Island jeans tend to fit me the best, not too baggy and long enough in the leg and all that. Tad on the expensive side though, usually ~€60

thanks, got a 30/34 straight cut in topsomething or other in jervis street today

    FAO: Topman

I do not require the assistance of a salesperson to help me take a pair of jeans in my size from a shelf. Nor do i need you to tell me they'll look good on me. ffs.

i've never been to topman before, i buy almost all my clothes in either arnotts bargain hole or charity shops, they have some really nice checkered shirts, but i'm damned if i'm paying 45 quid for a cotton shirt that i can get for 4 quid in oxfam if i get lucky.

It's called Customer Service! Jeez, if I got that help in some of the stores I go to I'd be happy! (although maybe not the 'oooh they look great on yooou' but an acknowledgement would be nice!)

How about Zara men, hubby got some really nice smart formal-looking jeans there last summer that he's wearing the life out of since & they still look great :pac:
