Questions regarding fees etc...

Hi, hows everybody?

I have a few questions about fees. Basically my girlfriend didn't fill out her CAO to her best interests and shes winded up having to take Herbal Science in CIT. She doesn't really want to do it but shes being urged to try it. (I dont support this but its a long story as to why she has to try it.)

Anyway so i know in UCC that if you drop out before a certain date, ,you dont have to pay fees if you return to college the next year, and if you drop out before another date that you can pay half fees next year, but does this apply in CIT and does it apply if she wants to go from CIT to UCC?

I also recommended to her that she repeat her leaving (she didn't just do her leaving, she did it the year before as she was doing a PLC in Art this year which she decided she didn't want to do anymore). Shes not too keen on going back to school and doesn't think that she can do it on her own while working for a year. This is just an explaination more than a question really and I would love to hear some advise on this topic.

So please let me know what your thoughts are, and if you know anything about the Fees questions at the start i would appreciate any help.

The rule about UCC is in every college. If you drop out in first year by a certain date you'll still have your 'free fees' if you go do another course in the future.
