Motor tax office

    Hey

    I have my application form for a learner drivers permit (provisional licence) and theory test cert ready to go into the motor tax office. Do i have to go into the office with them personnally or can i post them in?

    Also, does any one know the opening hours of the city motor tax office?

    Any help appreciated
