I sent my Wii back when after a few months it stopped sending a signal to the TV. I posted it on the Thursday and received it back on Monday afternoon. I think that's a best case scenario though. When i got it back it was blank but a quick call to them and they re-linked it to my account and i could re-download the games I had bought. I recommend you transfer your save files to an SD card though. The guys in the help-line were very helpful.

Mine wouldn't play Smash Bros (it was fairly manky tbh) and sent mine back.

I registered on the site, Parcelforce collected it within two days from where I work and they brought it back all better 11 days later, all better and all completely free!

I packed it into the original box when sending it off.

Wow, I'm jealous. Reported a fault on my wii on June 9th, and only just got it back today. It had got lost, damaged, went missing again, then went somewhere else...

And when I finally got it home and plugged it in, it's not working at all. The wiimotes lose connection every few minutes, and when I finally got as far as putting a game into it it made a high pitched screaming noise and wouldn't stop until I plugged it out from the wall.

3 bloody months and not a single apology so far.
