I recently purchased some r7 draw irons of a friend who never hit them
Only thing is he is 6'2 and I am all of 5'9 and the irons are 1 inch longer and 2 up(what ever that means?) I feel I am hitting them well but when it comes to playing a chip and run I find the club very akward don't mind paying to get them standarised as I only paid€300 for them would that be the thing to do

2 degrees upright may mean that you are pulling or hooking the ball.

Go to a driving range or pro who does club fitting. They will tell you what you need to do.....shorten the shafts and flatten the lie.

Or you could sell them on Ebay and maybe pick up the same clubs (but with the right length etc) for the same price
