The martial arts has moved across the tracks somewhere, not sure where, to a spanking new martial arts only facility. pm bella1 and if Andy knows how to use his pms he can give you more info

The new location is on the top floor of the blue building, at the end of the road to the right of the "A" and "B". You'll need to go around the back and up a stairs to find us.

Training is at 7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and noon on Saturday. There are some other times too, but im not sure of them.

thats some map conor where did you pull that from.basically you turn left at denis mahonys in kilbarrack coming from the train station go all the way to the end, and then take the right all the way to the end and the gym is on your left above the mechanics the matted area is huge.

Will there be a new website up? How come they dropped so many classes? I've been wanting to join for ages, but the class times don't suit me with work, these new ones don't either.

What classes did they drop? There's loads on the new timetable. Easily as many as the old one!

plenty for everyone andys even added judo on a wednesday now which will be a huge benefit for anyone training in bjj stand up is so important for the takedown and control of your opponent before you know it you could be 5 points up and have a dominant position.

Got to say the place is great and the lads are sound, I started last week and the lads took the time to work with me on a 1to1.

I havent been able to get down this work one thing and another but im hoping to be back next week.

BJJ is with the gi, that said no one expects a newcomer to have one on their first day.

No it's closer to Howth Junction, but walk onto the Kilbarrack side and towards Naomh Fionnbharra. It's in one of the last industrial estates at the bottom of the cul de sac that Fionnbharra is on. Team Ryano is on a sign outside.

No black belt teaching, only one of those in Ireland, purple belts Andy Ryan, John Donelly and a host of strong blue belts there.
