Eircom upgrades in Carbury?

    Anyone know if these have been done?

    Was scheduled for the 9th of this month, but delayed due to the rain.. The following week my line was downgraded to 1Mb by mistake (my download allowance went from 20Gb to 30Gb).. It has taken the best part of the week (ringing everyday) to get Eircom to put me back to the 2Mb which I originally had.. but they said I would automatically be upgraded to the 3Mb (from my 2Mb).. Woke up the morning and I had my 2Mb line back (finally), but didnt get the upgrade to 3Mb as promised..

    Unfortunately Eircom cant tell me if Carbury is done, therefore wont know if i should have the 3Mb now... or whether my 2Mb is actually a 1Mb line upgrade, and as I am paying for the 2Mb line I am being overcharged.. lol confused? :)

    Anyway, if anyone know the status of Carbury that may help shed some light on the situation :)

    Just ring up eircom and tell them all your neighbours got the upgrade and they should give it to you- worked for me and another poster on this forum.
