Starting Archery

Hello Folks,

I live in Swords and have always considered starting archery off but because of various things did not get a chance. Could anybody advise me if there is a club or person who I could contact regarding starting off?

Actually I think you're in luck I seem to remember hearing that there is a club out in swords. I'll have a look for the details and post them up shortly.

Ok so its actually Swords Road in whitehall but anyway the club is the Dublin Archers and their contact details can be found here

There are also night courses run in skerries community school run by very experienced archers

There should be a few clubs around, its been a while since i shot up (or shot in general :-)) but try here

There is a very good Field Archery club near there who also train indoors I think. Lough Cuan Bowmen - http://www.loughcuanbowmen.com/

Might not be very close but when we shooting with them we hostel in Belfast - not too long a drive.
