Why is it that we repeatedly see paedophiles getting away with 2/3 years of a jail sentance when the maximum sentance for abusing children under the age of 13 is life. What is wrong with these judges, seriously. I get so outraged when something as unprotected and fragile .. such as a baby ... gets hurt and then society fails them again. What make people believe that paedophiles will change? They wont, if they are sick enough to do this then they will do it again.

They only get 3 years so that when they come out the person they have been abusing will be 16 and legal and everything will be okay.

im sorry but how do you know.... my point is that judges hand out 2/3 year jail times (of which they do 12 months) when they could get life. Why are they being so easy on them and the linked story above just proves that once they get out again they will get up to no good. In my opinion they should be locked up until they cant get it up anymore.

You talk about life for these people because that's the max sentence for someone abusing a chilid under 13 years of age. All your quoted abuses happened to children over 13 years of age => what are you talking about??

A person who abuses a teenager is not (necessarily) a peodophile => what are you talking about??

This didn't happen in Ireland, stop complaining or go to the UK and complain.

Seriously if i were to pick out cases of children under 13 years i would be here forever posting them up .... doesnt matter the age a child is a child (but the law says 16) and a paedo should be castrated and then have his hands, eyes ears mouth, nose and willy choped off. While it didnt happen in ireland did you know that most criminals (including paedos) who are fleeing from the law in the uk come here to escape. Once they do that how long do you think (or how many have already) began abusing Irish children.
