So, I'm pretty sure these are midge bites but someone else said it could be heat rash. They itch like hell and they always appear in the same places. Generally where I'm hottest and covered. The pic is of the back of my knee, theres more on my torso and elsewhere too. It only happens during the humid weather so I assumed midges. Could it be anything else? Hope this is in the right forum...

    Looks like prickly heat rash.
I used to get it alot when I was younger (when we actually had hot weather!!)
It is an itchy red skin rash. Normally happens when you sweat more than usual (summer) due to hot or humid conditions.
I still get it when i go abroad and find clarityn or some other anti-histamine works well.
And put a bottle of the banana boat after sun in the fridge that is soooo nice to help stop the itching :)

    Hope that helped a bit!

Don't take healthcare advice from random idiots on the net.
    Ask your doctor or pharmacist.

    Try tomato ketchup.

+1 its free to walk in to a pharmacy and talk to someone who has a qualification in giving you the advice you need. Ask for the pharmacist and get the info you need!

    Hey there,

is there anyone with skin diseases which are itchy, aching, sometimes bloody and pyic? I have it for all my life now and I know it's genetic (my mom and sister suffer from it as well) but it did not come out for years now but since I'm here in Dublin (about 3 months) it's getting worth and worth.
    Any household remedies for that?
