Any nice natural ways of stopping constant food cravings.

My medication has made me hungry all the time but I don't want to put any other medication into my body.

I use to eat a lot of cashew nuts they stop me from feeling hungry and I find are great for the times just before meal time.

Just pulled this from the Sticky above,

Snacking is good if it's the right kind of snack. A mid-morning snack and mid-afternoon snack easily help you achieve the 5-6 meal a day goal. ome fruit, a small handful of nuts, a fruit yoghurt, some cottage cheese and veggie sticks are all easy to eat and good for you. Cereal bars, low-fat crisps, salted/ roasted nuts are NOT good.

A couple of eggs are a great way to feel full and with great nutrition. Keep some hard boiled eggs handy. Also a bowl of snacking veg, like broccoli florettes, radishes, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, fennel slices, stuff like that.

Stewed rhubarb (sugar-free) is good if you fancy something sweet.

I'm not a fan, but some people swear by sugar-free jelly.
