Duplicate itunes on laptop

    I got a new laptop today and have installed iTunes; however I want to replicate all my songs from my desktop onto my laptop. I copied across everything in my music from the desktop to the laptop but around 300 songs were still missing. All my music is contained within "my music" on the desktop but I can't get it all to appear as it does on my desktop on the laptop.


    Any ideas?

    What formats are the songs in?

    MP3, WMA and MPEG-4 <(mainly in the itunes folder).

    Are the missing songs in any particular format, WMA for example?
