Interesting piece of info on irish deployment of state of the art barrier system.

    http://www.janes.com/extract/idr2008/idr11295.html
Irish Army forces deploying to Africa as part of the EU mission to Chad will use J & S Franklin's DefenCell protection barrier system.

DefenCell is comprised of geotextile material of cellular design and does not use any metal cages or hinges. The system is set up using a series of cells supported by a frame during the filling process. DefenCell can be filled with a variety of materials from rock to dirt and sand, depending on the resources available and the protection required. Once a set of cells has been filled, the frame is removed, and can be reused.

Anyone here heard about this? didnt know it was in the inventory!
