I watched this last night and I've got to say it was quite enjoyable. I definitely don't think it deserved the slating it got by reviewers. Sure it was no Gladiator or Spartacus, mostly because the characters weren't developed very well, but the story was told well enough and the CG/action scenes were excellent. I'd easily recommend giving it a watch, as there are enough redeeming features in it to offset the sometimes suspect acting and dialogue (which for the most part isn't that bad at all)

I saw it a couple of nights ago as well and enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting much going into it so was pleasantly surprised...

definetely on a different league to 100 million bc, a recent release I confused with 10,000 bc and possibly one of the funniest in a terribly so really bad its funny sort of way. Paper mache dinosaurs for the win.
