I was wondering from an employment point of view am I better doing Net +/A+ or MCSA?

Ive decided - I think to go the Microsoft route and not Cisco

I'd suggest going straight for the MCSE as your going to come across most sys admin jobs looking for that.

Well the A+ and N+ can form part of the MCSA so that is a good place to start. Unfortunately they dont take up part of the MCSE.
