We had a bit of a legal discussion about this last year. Specifically:
    - All Entries remain the property and copyright of RPA
    - By submitting your entry you agree to the Rules of Entry outlined above.

In other words, you are effectively giving away your work.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Do people actually fall for this? What is a 'Luas goodie bag'? More to the point, do they give the amount of the 'cash prize' or is guessing part of the competition?

I would like to read last year's posts on this, but I can't find them.

The discussion I refered to was withn't part of boards - sorry for misleading. But the impression we got was that it was aimed at amateurs (that said, the published entry was quiet nice) rather than serious artists.

No idea what he actually won. Ring LUAS for details...:D?

Thanks for that. I might look into it. I hate seeing artists being taken for a ride :D!!

"All entries remain the property and copyright of RPA."

This is from the term of entry. Screw them.

watch the language against companies or I will have to ban people. You don´t want boards getting into trouble? Back on topic.
