    if yer in galway,i think you can get them in the market thats on saturday and sunday. Or there is a shop beside the head shop in galway. on Buttermilk Walk off middle street..i think theres a prob few other places u can get them.

    Those things are called Baja jackets after the Baja region in Mexico where they originated. Used to be very popular with surfers back in the day.

    Tambouli in Temple Bar is probably your best bet.
