Car hire at Malaga Airport

    Hi there, I'm having trouble finding some reasonably priced car hire companies in Malaga. I've never booked car hire online before. Is it cheaper to do it online or in person at the airport. I ideally would like to pick up and drop off the vehicle in Malaga Airport. Any ideas on special offers or good deals will be gratefully appreciated. Thanks :)

    I go to Malaga every year and I always book through
    www.carjet.com or www.arrowcars.es. They are not car hire companies but brokers and place you with one of the cheapest car rental company in the airport. Usually with
    http://www.aurigacrown.com/ or Europa

    You book through them print off a voucher and pay at the counter no credit card details are taken over the interntet.

    The great thing about going through these guys is that they do not charge an Insurance Excess should the car be damaged on return.

    Because they are the cheapest there can be large queues on weekends.

    I used this boker firm before. Cheapest I could find ! NO insurance excess either!

    Can't remember the name of the company, but the very last counter in the car-rental place has great rates. We rented a Renault Senic off then in Augest for about €250 for a week. It was a Spanish company.
