hi, i recently had my son's birthday party at a premises which was not up to standard, won't get into it,but there was a party on at the same time which was completley superior to ours, i complained and was offered one child place discount, wasn't satisfied so i wrote a letter to the general manager, i have recieved a reply which tells me they aren't going to do anymore for me and have demanded payment, €95. or face further action, was wondering if i should take it further as none of the concerns i raised in my letter were addressed in the reply. any help much appreciated.
surley bthe offer of one plae discount means they acknowledge there was a fault.

The forum charter does not allow legal advice be given here. Perhaps post over in consumer issues or contact a solicitor. It's a very small amount.
