Sorry, newb question again. Hope it's ok here.

I'm trying to upload photos from SD card, they used to automatically go to Windows Media, but are now going to Real Player, well, Real Player pops up but I can't see how to actually upload them. I've obviously selected Real Player as the default program for pics but I have no idea where/when. I have gone into Windows Media/Pictures and can't see where to actaully upload them.

I know, I'm shockingly bad at this stuff...

Any help would be great (on our holliers and trying to send a few pics home via flickr). :)

Real Player is evil, uninstall it, it fails to disclose the fact that it installs advertising software on the user's computer. Here

If your looking for a good Media Player get Vlc Media Player

Edit: you can click on one of the files, right click, select Properties, select Open With, and change it from Real Player to Windows Media Player

Are you trying to upload directly to flickr from an internet cafe or to your own laptop/PC ? Assuming you are uploading to your own computer if you go to My Computer you will most likely see your SD Card there as a Removable Disk . Click on the Removable Disk icon to view the card contents and copy or move them to your preferred location - I suppose most users would put them in My Pictures . Note if you choose to move the files rather than copy them they will be stored in the specified folder but the files will no longer be on the SD Card . If you are using someone else's computer or are at an internet cafe just upload directly to the website without transferring the files to the PC .
You can change the default program that opens the files in the way Pog has described .
